Our software product MyPACS Enterprise is the leading commercial teaching file solution, with customers throughout North America. Additionally, our popular web portal MyPACS.net has the largest repository of radiology cases on the net, contributed by thousands of radiologists across the world.
CUTTING EDGE R&D
Our extensive research and development pipeline has been funded by product sales and over $2M in NIH Small Business Innovative Research awards. We are developing new tools for biomedical knowledge management. Vivalog's help our customers maximize their return on investment in digital imaging and clinical information systems. Our software complements the PACS with new functionality.

MANAGEMENT
Vivalog was founded in 2001 by Rex Jakobovits. Dr. Jakobovits received his PhD in Computer Science in from the University of Washington, and he was an early contributor to the UMLS Foundational Model of Anatomy. He has over thirty publications in the fields of clinical knowledge representation and mulitimedia database management. In addition to serving as Vivalog's president and product visionary, Dr. Jakobovits is an affiliate professor with the departments of Radiology and Biological Structure at the University of Washington.
